IR function in terms of attending any investment conference etc. Seems just additional requirement of being public face of Verde in North America when CEO is based in Brazil.. Main responsibilities of selling the product in Canada and in USA.. I don't think the the position has been filled yet because if it was, there would be a news release of some sort..
