To All, My partner spoke to Steve Schue(I'm not sure of the correct spelling of his surname) the digital manager for TCI in Texas yesterday. Schue confirmed that TCI has a carriage agreement with ACTV. He also said the rollout in Texas is being spreadout over a period of time. He said ACTV was smart to spearhead their entertainment with the sports application. Furthermore, he was extremely impressed with the prospects of Eschool . In addition, he also said that TCI was grateful to the folks at ACTV for their patience in waiting for the announcement of the rollout, since it will be so beneficial to ACTV. Hopefully, we will here some announcements this week, although they most likely will not involve the carriage agreement. Steve
