On Sept. 11 they issued a report that they will have a special share holders meeting on issuing an additional 14 million shares of common stock to cover the purchase of Medtox. This will bring the total outstanding shares to 45 million. Last time they announced such a meeting the stock went to 2 3/16 a share. Then it was canceled. Now they are having the meeting on Nov. 6. Do you think the stock will do the same?
