Just yesterday, I was wondering if you were still around and even checked SI to see if you had any other posts anywhere. It is extremely funny that you show up hours later right back here. Options candy has been in lieu of additional cash compensation above modest salary compensation. It incentivizes them to make sure the company grows. They do have a performance clause in their pay structure also. Please read the annual report literature they sent this year. They took a big hit in compensation this year because they did not meet certain sales performance goals. On the other hand, their transition to Connectivity as a Service (CaaS) Agile plans is already leading to more customers and shipments this year. Everything they have been doing is for achieving long term goals, and ignoring short-sightedness. TACNAV and the photonic chip will be a rich gravy all over this new model. I hope you have been reading all the accomplishments of the last year. Wall St is also finally seeing it. I think that LTE and Garmin in the mix is more street recognizable than FOG and unfamiliar German shipping companies no matter how big they may be.
