This might be a more relevant way to evaluate REFR's performance versus the NASDAQ:

The NASDAQ closed at 130 at the end of June 1972, and closed at 7503 today.

The NASDAQ is up 58 times that June 1972 level. (7503 divided by 130 equals 57.8.)

I'm not sure about the rest of the board, but I'll take the 58 times against anything REFR has done or is likely to do.

Apply the 57.8 times whatever historical REFR price you select. You won't get $1.60. But using the $0.80 you chose, that would be a REFR price of $46.24. Choosing the low end price of 1999 (the year you chose) or around $7, that would be a REFR price of $404.60, amazingly right at your target of $400!
