That writer's article is in the idle postulation category. Yes, interest rates could go down and QE rev up again. But that's just the balance of the market - it's as likely to go the other way if the Federal Reserve is doing the job right to avoid booms and busts.

Brexit is no biggie. Before the UK was in the EU things were fine with Great Britain's British Empire a fantastic success. After getting into the EU, things didn't really improve much. People want to buy and sell whether in the EU or not. 7,000 million people not in the EU will be happy to buy and sell with UK.

It's mostly just kleptocrats and bossy types who want to hang on to their perks and Brexit would jeopardize their flow of opm.
