Hess recently joined the free for all that is about to take place in Guyana... Its perfectly logical, the same source material produces its effects without discriminating for national borders. The Zoo has really blown it....Once the belief systems of a leadership embrace ideas to satisfy a contrived fantasy, hubris enables momentum, until the counter program kicks in to embarrass them who won't be embarrassed. Guyana will produce more oil from a standing start then the Zoo in a very short time.
