Don't know about Blackrock but it's a completely different business model and plan. I'm only looking at ours in retrospect wondering perhaps if RFI should have gone in another direction. Ours (licensing our tech) may looked to be a good idea at the time but now, the investment $ from govt, private, was the way to go. That is unless Joe and Bob didn't know that it would take this long or else they knew that it would take 5 decades. I think the former.

One has to consider too that EC has not made any money for its investors either...
