I think we can comfortably say that "Andromeda", if it comes to market, will have this CShell interface, but will not have "phone" in its name. Dropping phone from the name of any new product is the best way for Microsoft to move beyond past failures. MS will market the device as a "new category". I would be reasonably comfortable assuming that it will have "Surface" in the name, due to the success of that line.

Perhaps they'll bring back the "Pocket PC" name? "Surface Clamshell"? It seems go with CShell.

I was always fond of the clam shell form-factor, and the patent renderings bear a passing resemblance to me of that form-factor of old. Remember the (capacitive touch-screen) HP Jornada?

Windows 10 will certainly get CShell. I doubt the few Windows Phone 10 users will ever see CShell. WP10 did see one decent Windows 10 upgrade. Still have, and love my Acatel Idol 4S. But I moved on an got a Galaxy S9+, because of the app deficit, and I wanted a good camera on my phone. It was worth the cost for Plants vs Zombies II alone. :)

Best Regards,
