Exactly.. So they are not coming here for the sole reason to escape persecution in their home country.. as required to to be granted asylum. They consciously bypass other countries in which they could apply for asylum. But, show up at our borders and "demand entry" for economic reasons... Sorry... That doesn't qualify for an acceptance of asylum.
