Dixon,

How do you know this ? "The EC glass projects are being subsidized. These are not projects that looked at both SPD and EC choices" -

when are you going to admit you are an refr employee. This is inside information that has not been publicized.

"I'm not at all concerned about View or Sage's "puff" pieces in the news. They have an inferior technology."

Well, if getting installed at major airports like SFO is "like a puff", I'm impressed. It sounds like you're a little jealous. View won the deal - period. Whether they looked at refr and didn't select us is bad. If they didn't look at us, that's even worse. That would mean we're not even relevant.

And I doubt they would have used inferior materials at an airport. -

And the whole Milan thing ended up costing us money-not making us any money.

No. Joe is saying that to be a big player in architectural glass we must have film wider than 1 meter. They are working on that and my guess is it is Gauzy that is leading the charge.

There are not that many smart glass architectural products. I think that architects will recommend SPD smart glass when they are developing projects like they did in the Milan Expo. The original glass was to be supplied by Sage (St. Gobain) but was switched to SPD when they saw the difference. The EC glass projects are being subsidized. These are not projects that looked at both SPD and EC choices. The focus of REFR is on automotive, aircraft and mass transit applications where our licensees are getting great feedback, enough so that they are developing even more SPD products and expanding their business to dedicate divisions to smart glass.

I'm not at all concerned about View or Sage's "puff" pieces in the news. They have an inferior technology.
