tRump's illegal separation of children from migrants is evil. tRump's policy is to discourage migrants from entering the USA by terrorizing them (i.e. by kidnapping and detaining their children). This was not Obama's policy. Under Obama, if children crossed the border unaccompanied, then they (CBP, ICE etc.) had no choice but to take custody of them and make an effort to find a guardian, be it the parents or relatives. OTOH, tRump's policy is to detain the kids and give the parents the impression that they'll never see them again (cruel). Also, the kids have been flown to all corners of the USA and detained in secret locations. There's no transparency into the condition of their quarters, how they're being treated and if any efforts are being made to have them rejoined with their parents. Bad, bad, bad...
