Those are great examples of intellectual property theft. In particular, the 10th example you posted shows the most likely outcome for this type of activity – an out-of-court settlement in which the terms and compensation remain secret. This kind of settlement avoids loss of face, but at the same time it is most likely to result in a reasonable probability of being able to collect actual damages. Pursuing out-of-court settlements, obtained at least partly from the threat of sanctions and tariffs, could turn out to be a genuine achievement. That outcome is still possible with respect to AMSC, prior to Sinovel sentencing.
