I don't get it. What in the heck was the difference between this morning (107 15/16) and this afternoon (103 7/16). Must have been bid up in Brazil awaiting our open? Maybe we'll try and rally it again tomorrow with the Indonesian news. What, me predict interest rates? I can't predict TBR from hour to hour. Fortunately my investment strategy is not very dependent on my day to day predictions. sf
