Hi Richard and others:

I have been looking at CEI lately at 37-38. Do you think it's still too expensive? Quoting from a 1/3/98 S&P stock report:

"At about 14X estimated 1988 funds from operations per share of $2.60,
the stock is trading just under one-half its projected 1998 growth
rate."

However, the midpoint between 52-week high and low is approx. 33. What do you think?

EOP, an equally good REIT, is trading at 30 today, off it's high of 34.68 and right at midpoint.

My presumption is that either of these is preferable to BTR (Bradley Real Estate) which owns grocery store-anchored shopping centers in the midwest.

Thnx.
