My Blood pressure has drastically reduced itself. I had not been checking it for about a week and when I realized I had missed my morning meds I took it this afternoon, expecting it to be around 150/90. It was 120/60. I held off taking meds for it until now and when I checked I was 137/70. It's one AM and I had not had my BP meds for over 24 hours. I normally take my meds for it twice a day.

So I took my two base meds for it and did not take the two extras I added a few months ago when my BP went up. I will start checking my BP four to six times a day for the next week. Dr Davis has reported some of his people having good luck reducing their BP. This may turn out to be a mistake, TWT. But the only thing I have changed recently is the yogurt addition to my diet.
