I think Dr. Seed may have a prescription drug addiction. The way he carries and expresses himself suggests there is something not quite right. In fact, he reminds me of another doctor I knew with the same predilections. Anyway, this is just my own very humble opinion, no disrespect to the good doctor or anything, but I would proceed warily there.
