I made a special 4th of July breakfast for us here at home this morning, and it's so simple to do... I took some big rectangular crackers, spread cream cheese over it, then took fresh strawberries and sliced them into strips and placed them across the width of the crackers to look like red stripes, and then took 13 fresh blueberries and placed them in the upper left hand corner to represent the 13 original colonies... It looked beautiful!!! I should have taken a pic of them, I definitely will next time... they can be made any time, not just on the 4th of July, but I thought today it would be very special to have that on the breakfast table for everyone to see and enjoy with coffee... instead of coffee this morning I was thinking English breakfast tea, but...naaaaahhh... LOL!!! GZ
