We once went on a tour to Egypt with a medical group. One of the MD's was a Psychiatrist from NYC. He never smoked until he was on vacation. It was a vacation treat for him. He was a chain smoker in Egypt. At that time I still smoked, so we spent time together and I that's how I found out. My subconscious remembers that so I now have vacation dreams where I'm allowed to smoke. I wake up feeling guilty but satisfied. Then I realize that I really didn't smoke and I feel so proud! It's amazing what the human brain can figure out and conceive...but then...my brain is pretty far outside the normal boundaries.
