re Nestle - yes Nestle has big plans in coffee as this is a growth market. I wouldn’t rule out a larger acquisition in this space and maybe they would even purchase Starbucks. They have already bought their retail coffee business.

Nestle really hasn’t gotten traction with Nespresso in the US (single serve) even though they are huge in Europe and elsewhere as Keurig and Mars dominate in the US. I think that is where Nestle will be focused on, not low margin consumer product in waning brands, also I do agree that some niche products that CPB or others own may be of interest.
