>re Nestle - yes Nestle has big plans in coffee as this is a growth market. I wouldn’t rule out a larger acquisition in this space and maybe they would even purchase Starbucks. They have already bought their retail coffee business.

I agree that's a bold move possibility- That would most definitely fit the JAB model of acquiring retail chains that serve coffee products. As you might know. My personal diverse portfolio wheelhouse is picking stocks not only on pure Value itself, but on where I consequently think value will be unlocked. IMO many food stocks are now fitting into both categories and why I'm weighted into the sector. In my current food holdings ,through JVA, BGH, CPB, SENEA, & HAIN. Many of the points you touched on, Debt levels, no growth, transport costs, ect. IMO is why any forward Hypothetical Food takeover premium, will most likely be at lower historical food takeover premiums. BTW I've had no takeouts at all this year, and the above names are currently all in the break even or green as a whole currently. So there's no dire need for myself to buy more at current prices.

P.S.
