It is a muddle mess to be certain. When Democrats demand "Abolish ICE", they specifically want the Immigration Enforcement division to be separated and destroyed. When that happens there will be no over stayed visa enforcement. And then no consequences. Move to California and California will protect those people from the Federal Government. Permanent residency and access to all those nice and expensive social programs.
