To All:
The StreamLogic Corporation, "debtor in possession", as of yesterday,
has been approved for its reorganization plan by the Court.
The reorganization plan is subject to minor modifications, but
nothing substantive. The company will remain as a debtor, but
at some time, will emerge from bankruptcy. The present shares of
STLC will be CANCELLED, as new shares will be issued to class/ es
of the debtors. This communication was conveyed from an attorney
at Goldberg, Stinnett.

Is there anything left for us? No.
