Looks good! But we have to ask ourselves " What does the market know that we don't?" I.E. why is the market cap of CYPB only $70 million when they've completed a phase III trial and the RA market is worth billions? What are we missing? As much as I hate to say it, we're not all cockeyed geniuses here.

The crucial piece is whether or not this phase III trial will prove anything ... that is in a statistically significant way. Are the results different from zero? Was it double-blind, placebo controlled, lots of centers, big population ... or was it something other than this? I do know that CYPB is/was always in need of cash and financed through Allen and Company every 6-9 months. Were they strapped enough for cash that they scrimped on the trial? If so, we've got some problems. If not we've got a definite winner.

Question #2 - Immunex has a drug, Enbrel, which is either in the process of being approved, or has actually been approved. And there are a lot of other companies that are close. How will the Prosorba Column compete? Does it just quell the affects of RA or does it actually modulate the disease?

So many questions. But the risk/reward seems pretty favorable. I got in at 1 7/8 several days ago and I'm hanging on for what hopes to be an exciting ride. FYI - management will be hosting a conference call either late next week or early week after. I guarantee that I'll be listening in on this one!

Good luck,

Brian
