Josh, that's absolutely great!!! When you first mentioned patches, I had to cringe a bit because that's not really quitting, it's a advertising campaign gone haywire for those who want to quit for are too timid to stop completely... So, I'm really very proud of you for going cold turkey, that's the way to quit anything, simply stop completely... Sure, nothing good comes easy, that's how life works, but quitting 100% all at one time is the genuine route to take and you're doing it, so you deserve all the congrats coming your way!!! Another day is another new record!!! Keep it going!!! All of us are here to follow your great progress!!! GZ
