Over 700 homes lost in 2 months and the County and State still have evacuees living under tarps in a parking lot. Outhouses and no showers. If it wasn't for volunteers like churches and concerned individuals, these poor souls wouldn't even have tarps.

The gov't response here makes Bush look like the savior of New Orleans during Katrina.

I could go on a long and rambling detailed explanation but there's no point since these clowns running this State and County won't do squat if their buddies can't get the contract and pocket a few million here and there. It's disgusting.
