Here is more info I have gathered recently:

1) ALEX BROWN said PWAV will exceed estimate in an article sent to me by Brian;

on the same article, UBS also said PWAV is extremely attractive at current valuation.

2) There were no insider selling in the month of NOV and DEC 97'.

3) company CFO said in twice that their business is on track; if they, they would have warned the street.
