No, not really. You want to play "gotcha!" like many with limited cognitive abilities.

That is ok. You have demonstrated you know nothing about the subject.

We were not discussing "policy".. We were discussing the laws of our country.

Actually, we are discussing policy. There are laws. They can be ranked as to severity of the infraction. How those laws are enforced is a function of policy. In the special case of undocumented immigration, it is not considered to be a criminal matter. Never has. Not even now. Else ICE wouldn't be able to hold deportation hearings where the defendants don't have access to a lawyer or the option of a jury trial. This is a civil matter, not a criminal one. Do they jail people for jaywalking? Or running a stop sign? Heck, the cops often will only issue a warning in many cases.

So I have moved no lines. You however, have demonstrated you have no idea what you are talking about.

That isn't my fault, but yours. Typically, you are trying to blame someone else for your own shortcomings.

Which speaks to your character.

Or lack thereof.
