The Court expects the parties to work together and continue to make best efforts to resolve their disputes regarding discovery with minimal Court involvement.


Translation: Mr. Zuckerberg, Facebook, you are f*cked. Make a settlement with Blackberry, because if the court becomes extensively involved and I have to award a settlement, it will be a whole lot more expensive......
