pi, i would be interested in the following question:
why do they want to go on the Nasdaq SmallCap without having a
market value of $5 million public float nor a bid price of 4$
which both are required for initial listing? either the management
of oilex is totally foolish (and hype the stock->SEC?) or something big is coming up.
