Depending on a fellow republican like Mueller to fix what republicans are doing is, in my opinion, a waste of time. I don't defend Mueller because he refuses to indict anyone in the White House. If he were serious he'd have been all over this WH but today I read they're fighting back against an "interview" with Kelly. How about getting a subpoena from a grand jury instead? Mueller is as corrupt as he is weak. I digress. IMO, our democracy and country are already gone. The debt they created was intentional and its sole purpose was to destroy this country. I don't think they'll hide this fact once the US falls.
