A collapse of INOX revenues in the future would suggest very strongly that AMSC has competition in its wind power segment, other than from Sinovel. In fact, the Swiss company ABB several years ago bought a small, California based firm, known as PowerOne, which also made wind power inverters. The only major grid customer so far has been South Korea. Plans to refurbish the U.S. grid are going nowhere with an administration that wants to spend less money on everything except a wall.
