Snopes:
Did Hillary Clinton Suppress Haiti’s Minimum Wage? Rumors that Hillary Clinton (and the Clinton Foundation) used Haiti exclusively for personal gain are a mixed bag at best.

Note the vast difference between the 2 statements. Snopes changes "HRC suppress the minimum wage hike", which is a yes/no question by adding on the FPS question which is entirely separate and had to do with post earthquake issues.

Snopes immediately turns it into a completely different question regarding the Clinton Foundation. the reinforces the new claim:

"As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton artificially depressed Haiti's minimum wage; that action was part of a larger plan by the Clinton Foundation to profit from the country."

Fact:

As SOS for Obama, HRC did in fact crush Haitians dream of an increased minimum wage.

Snopes does everything it can to muddy the water and call it a mixed bag, which is outright bull shit. If HRC had stood tall for Haitians, the minimum wage would have gone through.
