Agreed that the wage suppression is clearly a yes...the fact that the US State Department was working to suppress minimum wages in Haiti was leaked via wikileaks. The answer to the personal profit question is "duh, of course", but good luck proving it as the payout was likely in the form of donations and/or speaking fees. And interesting on the how snoops answered.... haiti-liberte.com
