LTX Corp names Carol Langer CFO
WESTWOOD, Mass., Jan 14 (Reuters) - LTX Corp, a supplier of semiconductor test equipment, said Wednesday it
appointed Carol Langer vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
The company said in a statement that Langer will assume her post in March.
Previously, Langer had been senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Boston Technology Inc (NYSE:BSN - news).
John Arcari, the previous CFO, left the company a year ago. Glenn Meloni was appointed acting CFO while the company
searched for a permanent replacement, a spokeswoman said. |
