He does not see Apple's early success with G3 systems as a peak based on early adoption. "Remember, people said that about the PowerPC systems when they came out. I think Apple will continue to see strong G3 sales. The question is how much of the first quarter results reflect layoffs and operational savings which they cannot take again." <<< CNBC's Bruce Francis was upbeat and fair in his brief analysis.
