Still think the downside is limited. I should clarify my thoughts on a takeout bid. I don't think anybody buys the company at a premium to market price until a turnaround occurs, but I think that if the firm continues to lose money, someone steps in at a low price (say $5) for the value of the brands and the license contracts.
