Mexico benefits from sending their poor displaced peasants to the US. It means the state doesn't have to take responsibility for them. As an added bonus, those illegal aliens remit billions back to Mexico each year. Mexico is one of the most corrupt Narco states in the world. Do you think their elites give a shit about their poor downtrodden peasants? No way.
