i dont understand why management, by selling the millions of shares, looks like it is trying to drive the company into the ground.
if you want to call it management, stock at over $1 share now trading at less the a nickel.
why would management issue millions of shares of stock, with very unfavorable terms, to raise money,,and dilute the xxxx out of the stock, they own it also-what am i missing?
they are supposed to be swabbing to make money????
if this thing goes south,,, what can a shareholder do to protect himself and his investment (even if it is to late)
appreciate any comments.
