I spoke to the US Attorney's office in Madison.

The sentencing cannot be appealed by anone other than the named parties; Sinovel & USA. Shareholders and AMSC can not.

Also, the US attorney indicated that they will not entertain an appeal, and are satisified with the $1.5M.

I would still like to provide the math as calculated by the USSC guidelines, if someone has done it.

Also, Art, not sure if it was you or someone else, that mentioned they have acces to Pacer, but I am looking for a copy of the court documents, through last week's sentence.

Would really appreciate it.
