Nope, the ACLU sued over detaining whole families (together) as an alleged means of intimidating (this is their interpretation and wasn't vocalized by the O administration like it has been by sessions and the Nazi Miller)...

Intimidation tactic was Dump's policy. It took a court order to get Dump to reunite the 2000+ kids with their families. Dump has yet to comply. You're a dumpist.
