I think Bob's response was at least honest. It must be very difficult to not hype a stock when you are an insider with the company. Therefore, info must be documented such as their home page. I got the same type of response from a company I own shares of when I showed up at the door and asked for a tour.

I think all your work on this shows through your post and i read only positive from Bob's post.
