Yeah, but most of it is frivolous and transparently false. That wasn't. UNLESS, of course, a little birdy actually told him that Boniuk dumped his shares. THAT would have been illegal information to trade on. Dr B submitted his resignation yesterday. If he sold ahead of the submission he would have to file by tomorrow at the latest. I don't think he did, but we'll know for sure soon enough. Then again his filing practices haven't been stellar. Any shareholders who didn't learn from his resignation aren't gonna learn from a sale anyway.
