You're right, Red Chip really IS respected. They are not a brokerage or a MM. They take NO POSITION in any of the small caps they evaluate, whether the company is rated "A" or "D". If there's such a thing as a true unbiased analyst for small caps, it's Red Chip. They weigh very heavily on the ability and experience of a company's management team. It seems to me that Tava shines in this category.
