Win 10 KB4338819 ... << I have been sitting at 30% complete for over an hour, with the usual warning Don't Turn Off Your Computer. ... After 2 hours of no apparent activity I shut it off and restarted. It loaded the update and normal start after a few minutes. Seems it was stuck and unable to reboot. All is now well. >> Glad all is well,Jim, and looks like you made the correct decision to shut down and restart. On my system the whole procedure took perhaps 20 minutes. The sysyem sat at '30% complete' for several minutes then automatically restarted, then completed. ... - Eric L. -
