Something I did different this time was set my quit date a few weeks in advance to muster my resolve.

The main thing was to make the decision and then stick with it. It does get easier.

Btw, I did get my daughter some vitamin C for her cold and she's taking a multivitamin.

Day 10 since quiting cigarettes. -- Josh
