It's going to take more than indictments against Russians to convince republicans they voted for a tyrant and Russian troll. That case had to be made long before now since they already turned on Mueller. Mueller knows how this works. Years and years of investigations and soon the party being investigated is insulated from the investigation. People get tired of it and Mueller knows this.
