Steve, could I get a copy of that report via fax or e-mail? I will have a copy of Jack Reagans report om Teligent released a few days ago soon and will send you that. Also, Reagan may DOWNGRADE Winstar because it has reached his 32 target with no real change in fundamentals. If you look at the old Winstar report circulated by Legg you will see that they expected 91,000 installed lines by year end 97. With 81,000 lines currently installed they have come in below Reagan's target. I know he does not carry the weight that Grubman does. However, a downgrade in the next few days is a strong possibility.
