- Listened to the conference call. I am happy to say that it was the best one I have heard in almost two years. They started by saying that over the last eight quarters the company had been drifting and the drifting was over. I have held the stock a long time, and believe me it was nice to hear. They said they were worried about the Asian crisis and if it got much worse from here they might have problems, but from the current situation earnings would start to go up sequentially. In addition, they were also enjoying savings on labor costs in those regions. Of course everyone on the call wanted to know about the C-6. They wouldn't comment on % of revenues in tne first quarter, but thet said they had a supply constraint. They said in the current quarter they would make several times the amount than they did in the quarter ended December, and then the next quarter (ending June) they would ship several times the current quarter. All in all it was very upbeat. I don't think the stock will run away or anything tommorrow, but it seems things have finally changed. The revenue mix from S-ram commodity chips is likely to fall quarter to quarter. IDTI may be the Dark Horse for 1996.

Good Luck All
