Great information, GZ. I would add this question for (some) smokers who ever give a thought to the effects of their second-hand smoke on others:

"So unless YOU decide that your smoke will either kill me or disable me, you don't give a fig about whether or not I want it forced on me - making me choke for air, gag, and stink like you do, right?"
